Problem of the Week #5: The Wandering Dog

Finally back! Here is the problem for this week.
A dog is tied with an 80 foot rope to the corner of a building which measures 60 by 100 feet. Through how many square feet does the rope allow the dog to roam?

The dog has enough room to roam 15386 square feet

I meant 15,386 square feet... i forgot the comma

The dog has at least 16,388 square feet. That was interesting problem to work out.

the dog could roam 16,388 square feet
