Group Test Day! Ch. 5-1 Test

After reviewing and collecting HW #25 from Monday, we went to work on the practice test for Ch. 5 part 1. The actual test will be on Thursday. I know we have a rally that day, but if we move it up, we won't be prepared. If we move it to after the 3-day weekend, we won't be prepared.

Test and solutions will be coming up.

I felt this Group test was one of the harder ones. It helped me alot in finding what I didnt know!

This test was really tough especially the parabolas.I hope we did alright.

I agree that this test was harder than the last. I got the factor section and most of the from there on...but some were just really hard. I'm happy that we will get to go over all this so I can go in and ask for help on things that I need a better understanding about.
I worked with my good friend Meaghan [yay!] and I felt that having partners and picking our own groups, rather than having them picked in advance, was a better idea this time for me. We got the whole test completed without having to stop and wait. It was more face to face individual learning. I learned a lot today from that too.

I really enjoyed being able to choose our own groups today for the test. It was easier to focus and get the work done with only a single partner. I was soo happy that the factoring part of the test got it to finally click for me, and that I was able to retake the benchmark and Pass it. [Thank you Mr. Fjelstrom] {And you too Caroline!!}

this time the group tests really helped me i learned so much from it

In class we had our ch. 5-1 test (practice), we got to choose are own partners well groups and it was easier that way i thing, the factoring part was easy along with the square rooting, but evertyhing els was challinging to me, lihe the square root of xsquared would be x=?

The group test we just took was more complicated than i was expecting. We got an alright grade we could've done better most of it was little mistakes and parabolas. I need to review a lot before we are on our own to take it this coming Thursday.
